We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer who has a strong interest in both interior design and on-site execution.

You will work closely with senior designers, project managers and the execution team to develop design concepts and translate them into practical, executable interior solutions.

From space planning, mood boards and material selection to detailed working drawings, 3D visualisation and site coordination, you will be involved throughout the design process.

We are looking for someone with good design sensibilities, strong technical skills, an eye for detail and a practical understanding of how interiors are built.

What You'll Do

- Design Development: Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
- Space Planning: Prepare furniture layouts, circulation plans and space plans based on project requirements and client briefs.
- Working Drawings: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings covering flooring, electrical layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, wall treatments, furniture and false ceilings.
- Furniture Detailing: Develop detailed furniture drawings, elevations, sections and specifications for custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens and other interior elements.
- 3D Visualisation: Create 3D models, renders and design views to communicate design intent and help clients visualise spaces.
- Material Selection: Research and select laminates, veneers, tiles, flooring, wallpapers, fabrics, hardware, lighting, sanitaryware and other interior finishes.
- Design Coordination: Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, vendors and consultants to ensure design details are clearly communicated.
- Site Visits: Visit project sites, take measurements,

verify site conditions and assist in resolving design-related execution queries.
- Drawing Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and senior designers, maintain updated drawings and ensure the latest revisions reach the execution team.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in sourcing materials, collecting samples, obtaining quotations and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Design Documentation: Maintain organised project folders, material schedules, drawing sets, BOQs and design presentations.
- Execution Support: Follow up with site teams to understand how designs are being implemented and help resolve detailing, material and design-related issues.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to turnkey interior projects.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Positive understanding of space planning, proportions, colours, textures, materials and interior detailing.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray or Lumion.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings, detailed elevations and furniture drawings.
- Understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry and finishing details.
- Good visualisation skills and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to translate design concepts into practical and executable solutions.
- Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.
- Organised, proactive and willing to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Comfortable with site visits, contractor coordination and hands-on project involvement.
