AMBR Homes Private Limited is a real estate company focused on property sales, marketing, and customer acquisition. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads for our real estate business.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Handle company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create, plan and publish engaging content related to real estate projects, property listings, offers and promotions.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Manage social media engagement, comments, messages and audience interactions.
- Work on SEO, keyword research, website optimisation and online brand visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives, reels,



promotional videos and marketing materials.
- Track competitors' marketing activities and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and website management.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and manage marketing budgets.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication, creativity and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate marketing will be preferred.
- Should understand property marketing and real estate lead generation.
- Must be target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with the sales and creative teams.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on experience, skills and practical knowledge.
