We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in preparing architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects, along with a good understanding of construction detailing and execution requirements.

The candidate should be proficient in translating architectural concepts into accurate technical drawings and coordinating with the design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings with dimensions, levels, and specifications.
- Prepare door-window schedules, staircase details, toilet layouts, and other architectural details.
- Assist in preparing electrical, plumbing, and other coordination drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and design requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and site execution teams.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawing sets.
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and presentation drawings.
- Visit project sites whenever required to understand execution requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and construction drawings.
- Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial building planning.
- Knowledge of construction details, materials, dimensions, and building standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on independent houses, villas, apartments, and commercial buildings.
- Practical exposure to preparing drawings required for on-site construction.
- Understanding of working drawings and execution-level detailing.
