Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and analyze financial data to determine loan eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan servicing, collections, and recoveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, including notes on conversations with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Robust understanding of loan processing, loan syndication, and loan servicing principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
