JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, assist with GST/TDS compliance activities, maintain financial records, and support basic social media management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Handle invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers and payment entries.
- Maintain cash books, journals and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain GST/TDS challans and related records.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory filings.
- Perform bank reconciliation and track outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial documents and records.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for accounting and compliance requirements.
- Manage company social media pages, including regular posts and updates.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Graduation is mandatory: B.Com or BCA.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of invoices, ledgers, bank reconciliation and financial documentation.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Social media management experience or knowledge will be an added advantage.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES Candidates with relevant accounting experience, basic GST/TDS knowledge and good understanding of accounting operations will be preferred.
