Role & responsibilities

- Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Sales and purchase entries.
- Maintaining customer and supplier ledgers.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Tracking outstanding payments and collections.
- Bank reconciliation and cash management.
- GST documentation and basic TDS knowledge.
- Preparing daily and monthly financial reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance operations.
- B.Com graduate with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST documentation, basic TDS, bank reconciliation and taxation.
- Ability to manage sales and purchase entries, ledgers,



accounts payable and receivable.
- Good attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to maintain financial records independently.
