Our client is a young, boutique marketing agency working with well-known brands across F&B;, hospitality and fashion. Their work is culture-forward, and the founders stay close to every account, so you will learn rapid and get real client exposure early.

About the role

You will run social media for a set of brand accounts, from strategy and content calendars to client servicing. This is a hands-on role with a growing share of creative direction. You will handle at least three accounts, with support and training from the founders.

Location: Mumbai - remote, with 2-4 office days a month

What you will do

- Support strategy and creative direction for your brand accounts
- Plan monthly content calendars and oversee posting across platforms
- Brief and coordinate creators, editors, photographers and internal teams
- Coordinate influencer marketing and budget negotiations




- Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and keep them updated
- Help bring each brand's story to life through strong content and execution
- Track performance and share insights to improve and grow accounts

What we are looking for

- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media or account servicing; agency experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working with f&b; brands or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Solid content and strategy sense, with work you can show in a portfolio
- Clear, confident communication; you will deal with senior client stakeholders
- Good with calendars, briefs, timelines and tools like Notion
- Ownership mindset: you hand over work properly and flag issues early
- A positive, accommodating attitude, which matters more to us than anything else on this list
