Novo Energy Solutions is an expanding solar energy implementation firm delivering high-performance solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to join our engineering and execution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their career in the renewable energy sector.

As a Junior Project Engineer, you will assist in the design, planning, and day-to-day execution of solar PV installations. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to support site assessments, technical documentation, material tracking, and on-site execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Site Survey & Assessment: Assist senior team members in conducting initial site feasibility surveys, taking measurements, and collecting technical data.
- Design Support: Assist in preparing basic plant layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and structural layouts using CAD software.
- On-Site Coordination: Help supervise daily site installation progress, ensuring subcontractors follow design drawings and quality guidelines.




- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project files, update daily progress logs, and prepare technical compliance documentation for utility (KSEB) approvals.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking the Bill of Materials (BOM), verifying incoming site shipments, and ensuring necessary tools and components are available.
- , Assistance: Support senior engineers during the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases of solar systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background or certification in Solar/Renewable Energy are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with AutoCAD or solar simulation software is a plus. Solid command of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Logistics: Must own a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to travel to local project sites regularly.
- Soft Skills: Eager to learn, proactive problem solver, and a strong team player with good communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
