Broad outline of the Role

- The incumbent would be responsible to deliver Enterprise and Carrier Customer Orders as per Committed RFS with his Proactive Approach, Clear Coordination and Rigorous Follow up with key stake holders.

Minimum Qualifications &

• Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years relevant experience

Other Knowledge &

• Skills

- Assertive with good negotiation, Robust analytical and Management skills
- Basic IP Knowledge




- OSS/BSS Tools like Cramer, CBOSS, Netscope, TCx etc.
- TCL Vendor Equipment Knowledge
- SDH, DWDM &

• MPLS-TP Knowledge

Key Responsibilities

- Change management handling for Customer delivery as well as assurance issues
- Customer and Backbone order provisioning through Cramer tool
- EOR and IOR Processing for Customer as well as Backbone &

• DCN Orders

- Handling NW Optimization and Regrooming activities.
- Process DCN plan for Service Delivery and Assurance Project
- Equipment knowledge on ECI, Tejas, CIENA, Huawei OSN and MPLS-TP, SREVPN (Tx)
