Notice Period: Immediate to 45days only

1. Dynamics 365 production support, junior to mid level candidates who have supported live D365 (Commerce / CRM / Case Management) as an analyst or L1/L1.5 engineer. Not developers, consultants or implementation specialists.
2. ServiceNow hands-on is MANDATORY– daily use in a real support environment: logging, categorising, prioritising, assigning and closing incidents and requests. "Any ITSM tool" is not a substitute.
3. ITIL/ITSM understanding is MANDATORY – must be able to explain the difference between Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management and when a ticket moves from one to another. ITIL 4 Foundation required (Associate: within 3 months of joining).
4. SOP-driven troubleshooting and resolution – comfortable following and improving documented procedures, separating user error from real faults,



and handing tickets to product teams with complete evidence.
5. Strong communication for P2 coordination – explicit written ticket updates and confident on coordination calls: gathering impact, chasing product teams, updating stakeholders, confirming restoration.
