Reputed CNC Machines Company Requires Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Install and commission CNC Press Brake machines at customer locations.

- Provide machine operation and CNC programming training to customers and operators.

- Perform machine alignment, calibration, and accuracy inspections.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC controller-related issues.

- Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer complaints.

- Ensure proper machine installation, commissioning, and handover.

- Prepare and maintain installation, commissioning, and service reports.

- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain good customer relationships and provide effective after-sales service.

- Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and servicing.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, and servicing.

- Diploma, ITI, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

- Knowledge of CNC Press Brake machines, operation, and programming is preferred.

- Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Cybelec, Delem, or ESA is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of hydraulic, electrical,



and mechanical systems.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Ability to independently manage customer installations and service assignments.

- Professional attitude with a strong customer-service orientation.

Required Education:

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
