Position - Accountant

Experience - 1–3 Years

Employment Type - Full-Time

Educational Qualification - B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices and purchase bills.
- Record sales and purchase transactions accurately.
- Handle customer and vendor ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and party account reconciliation.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and transactions.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Sales and Purchase Accounting.




- Experience in Ledger Entries and Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Bank and Party Reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / Busy / other accounting software.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
