Technical Requirement- Experience leading QA teams or acting as a test/automation lead across multiple releases.

- Expertise in building reusable automation components, applying design patterns, and improving framework maintainability.

- Experience with test execution and reporting practices that improve visibility and decision-making for releases.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to performance and API testing concepts and integrating automation into modern delivery pipelines.
