Role & responsibilities

- Provide production support for Java-based applications hosted on AWS cloud platforms.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, server, and infrastructure issues.

- Analyze logs using tools such as Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace.

- Support AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, and IAM.

- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.

- Handle application deployments through CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architectures.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability.

- Participate in on-call support and maintain SLA compliance.





- Create operational documentation and implement automation for support activities.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.

- Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, CloudWatch, Splunk, and Jira.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
