Soft Skills Trainer

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Soft Skills Training

- Experience in training freshers / college students

- Strong knowledge of communication skills, interpersonal skills, personality development, and workplace readiness

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to conduct offline classroom training

- Willingness to travel for training assignments

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on soft skills, communication, and professional development

- Train freshers on verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette

- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, group activities, role plays, and assessments

- Develop students' confidence,



presentation skills, and skilled behaviour

- Prepare trainees for corporate environments, interviews, and workplace requirements

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with prior experience training freshers and college students

- Candidates with strong classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills

- Candidates willing to travel to different location in Chennai for training.

Compensation & Location

- CTC: Up to 4 LPA

- Location: Chennai (willingness to travel) & Madurai

- Experience: 3+ Years
