Technical Stack:
- Cloud & Identity:
Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Sentinel, Purview or Google Workspace.
- Corporate Device Management (MDM):
Microsoft Intune or Group Policy.
- BYOD Device Management (MAM):
Microsoft Intune or Group Policy. InTune Company portal.
- Scripting / Automation:
Proficiency in
PowerShell
, Bash, or Python to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
Soft Skills:
- Robust problem-solving mindset, clear communication for non-technical staff, and the ability to work autonomously.
Education / Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience; relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified) are highly advantageous.
