Required Skills &





Experience ● Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ● Approximately 1–3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, including hands-on exposure to network devices. ● Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals. ● Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. ● Positive troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate effectively with a remote IT team.

Preferred Qualifications ● Familiarity with network switches and firewalls, particularly Cisco and Fortinet equipment. ● Basic knowledge of ITIL and cybersecurity practices.
