Responsible for centralized 247 monitoring, L1/L2 troubleshooting and operational support of Network, Servers, Security Infrastructure and Endpoints across multiple hospital branches, corporate offices and associated locations. The role ensures availability, performance and security of critical IT infrastructure, minimizes service disruption, owns incidents through resolution or formal escalation, and supports continuity of patient-care and business operations.

- Network &
- Wireless:

Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Internet, VPN, SD-WAN across locations.

Manage

Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WLCs &

- APs. Handle L1/L2 issues related to Routing, Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, SSID, Roaming &
- Wireless Connectivity. Coordinate with ISPs/OEMs and maintain network documentation.

- Server &
- Infrastructure:

Monitor Windows/Linux Servers (Physical &

- Virtual), CPU, Memory, Disk, VMware/Hyper-V, Storage, Backup &
- DR replication. Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting for OS & service issues. Support provisioning, patching & inventory management.

- Security Operations (SOC - L1/L2):





Monitor Firewall, VPN, MFA, AV/EDR, SIEM, PAM/PIM alerts. Perform initial investigation of security events, threats & unauthorized access. Track vulnerabilities, VAPT, patch compliance and support incident documentation.

- Endpoint Management:

Monitor & troubleshoot Desktops, Laptops, AD, Group Policy, authentication & patch compliance. Manage endpoint inventory and coordinate software deployment with branch IT.

- Hospital Application Infrastructure:

Monitor infra availability for critical applications like HIS, PACS, EMR, LIS, Pharmacy &

- Billing. Prioritize patient-care impacting incidents and coordinate with App/DBA teams.

- Incident, Change &
- Shift Management:

Log, prioritize & resolve incidents within SLA. Maintain incident logs & reports. Monitor approved changes, verify service health post-maintenance, and ensure proper shift handovers with daily/weekly reports.
