IT Sales Executive

Location: Infopark Phase I, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our software, IT services, and technology solutions to businesses. You will identify prospects, understand their technical and business needs, and work with our technical team to deliver solutions that close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for IT products and services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Understand client business requirements and position suitable IT solutions such as software development, web and mobile apps, cloud services, or IT support
- Conduct product demos and presentations in coordination with technical and pre-sales teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender or RFP responses
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and deal records in the CRM
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business,



or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT or B2B sales (solid freshers may be considered)
- Basic understanding of software development, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or IT services
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
- Existing network of IT or corporate contacts
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
