Healthcare IT Recruiter - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for both Healthcare Non-IT and Healthcare IT positions, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for Healthcare IT positions.
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Healthcare Business Analyst
- Power BI Developer
- Data Analyst
- Application Support Analyst
- Healthcare Project Manager
- EMR/EHR Specialists
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Professionals
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, skill assessment, and initial interviews.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand position requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Schedule interviews and manage the offer process.
- Track recruitment metrics and update ATS regularly.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Clinical, Healthcare Operations, or Healthcare IT roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open requirements.
