Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role located in Bengaluru North. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top technical talent. The role involves developing strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding job requirements,



and implementing productive hiring strategies to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

- Technical Recruitment and IT Industry hiring expertise
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing technical qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred
