- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand hiring requirements from business requirement.
- Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.




- Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
