We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Lead with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage IT operations, infrastructure, software, and technology initiatives across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical teams, managing projects, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and technology systems across multiple domains.
- Oversee software development, application management, and system integration.
- Manage IT projects, timelines, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Ensure network security, data protection, cybersecurity, and system reliability.
- Manage servers, cloud platforms, databases, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, and external technology partners.
- Lead, mentor, and support IT professionals and technical teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms for business growth.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.




- Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licenses, and technology resources.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT management, technical leadership, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and system administration.
- Experience in software development, database management, and application integration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in managing IT operations across multiple business domains.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, automation, AI tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
