Role & responsibilities :
- Manage and support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Handle Data Center, DR, network, firewall, VPN, and security infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot critical incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams for incident management, DR drills, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Ensure IT security, backup, patch management, documentation, and compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, and ITIL standards.
Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with experience supporting payment processing environments, banking integrations, UPI/POS infrastructure, payment gateways, HSM, S2S connectivity, secure VPNs, production and DR environments will be preferred.
