IT EXICUTIVE

Salary Range: ₹38,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Annual CTC: ₹4.56 LPA – ₹7.20 LPA

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, technical skills, and current CTC.

KEY ROLE-

- Computer & Hardware Management – Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Technical Support – Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and system-related problems.
- Network Management – Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Software Management – Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- User Support – Create user accounts, reset passwords, and provide technical assistance to employees.
- Data Backup & Security – Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, and basic cybersecurity measures.




- Email Management – Configure and troubleshoot official email accounts.
- IT Asset Management – Maintain records of computers, IT accessories, software licenses, and equipment.
- Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with internet service providers and IT hardware/software vendors.
- Documentation & Reporting – Prepare IT reports, maintain records, and report technical issues to management.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
