Job Title: IT Analyst / IT Support Specialist (Ecommerce Industry Only)

Location: Sector 4, Noida (Full time)

Salary: Up to 30k

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable IT Analyst to manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth functioning of systems used across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and office IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, and network devices (LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Manage user accounts, official email setups, password resets, and access permissions securely.
- Coordinate the setup, configuration, and decommissioning of IT equipment for new joiners and exiting employees.
- Support antivirus deployment, system updates, and basic security checks.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets and handle coordination with external IT vendors and service providers.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
- Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware setup, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
