About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Operations professional to manage and oversee investment-related operational activities, financial reporting, portfolio monitoring and investment transactions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong financial and analytical background, preferably with a CA or CFA qualification, and experience working in investment management, financial services or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day investment operations and ensure smooth execution of investment-related activities.
- Monitor investment portfolios, transactions and fund operations.
- Oversee trade processing, settlements, reconciliations and transaction monitoring.
- Prepare and review investment reports, portfolio performance reports and financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy of investment records, financial data and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with fund managers, brokers, custodians, banks and other financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flows, fund movements and investment positions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.




- Identify operational risks and implement process improvements.
- Support investment analysis, portfolio reporting and management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Portfolio Operations or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management.
- Experience in investment reconciliation, trade settlements, financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
