Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and ensure effective client servicing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and service-related requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and operational performance.
- Provide regular updates, reports,



and feedback to clients and management.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Banking or Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in client servicing, escalation management, and coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
