RedeFin Capital is a boutique investment banking, equity research, and advisory firm headquartered in Hyderabad. The company works with founders, private equity sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors across India and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking skilled to join our front-end deal team and independently manage financial modelling, valuation, transaction materials, and investor presentations across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage financial models, including integrated three-statement models, DCF valuations, and project finance models.
- Prepare investor pitch decks, Information Memorandums (IMs), teasers, CIMs, and investment summaries.
- Conduct financial analysis, company valuations, industry research, and due diligence.
- Work on real estate transactions, growth-stage fundraising, institutional funds, and M&A; mandates.
- Develop investor presentations and communicate directly with clients and investors.
- Conduct equity research, company analysis, earnings updates, and sector research.
- Independently manage deal execution and deliver high-quality client-facing materials within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity,



Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Modelling.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation.
- Expertise in Excel-based financial modelling, DCF, comparable company analysis, and financial analysis.
- Experience preparing pitch decks, IMs, and investor presentations.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and work across multiple sectors.
- Flexibility to work on real estate, growth-stage companies, funds, and M&A; transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance, CFA, or FRM (completed or pursuing).
- Experience in real estate finance or project finance.
- Exposure to fundraising, M&A;, and equity research.
- Experience working with institutional investors.
