Role Overview

We are hiring Investment Banking professionals at Analyst / Manager levels for a leading financial advisory firm in Mumbai.

The role focuses on end-to-end deal execution, M&A; advisory, equity/debt fundraising and structured finance transactions within the Renewable Energy, EV and Clean Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deal Execution: Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A;, equity/debt fundraising and structured finance transactions.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Prepare financial models, business valuations, financial projections and transaction analyses.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate financial, legal and commercial due diligence processes.
- Transaction Documentation: Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, investor presentations and transaction documents.
- Deal Management: Coordinate with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, strategic investors and financial institutions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Transaction Closures: Support deal structuring, negotiations and successful transaction closures.
- Sector Research: Analyse investment opportunities,



industry trends and comparable transactions across Renewable Energy and EV sectors.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory.
- Mandatory sector experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, EV, EV Infrastructure, Battery Storage, Clean Energy or Energy Transition.
- Solid hands-on deal execution experience in M&A;, equity/debt fundraising or structured finance transactions.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction analysis.
- Experience preparing pitch books, information memorandums and investor presentations.
- Demonstrated involvement in transaction execution and deal closures.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA (Finance), CA or CFA preferred.
