About the Role

Blackhole Retail is looking for an Inventory Management Intern to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling day-to-day inventory activities, maintaining accurate stock records, checking incoming and outgoing products, physical stock counting, and updating inventory data in Excel.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and should have positive attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain day-to-day inventory at the warehouse.
- Check incoming and outgoing products and verify quantities.
- Perform regular physical stock counting and inventory checking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, dispatched, returned, and transferred.
- Update inventory records and stock movement in Excel.
- Match physical stock with system/recorded quantities.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items.
- Assist in stock audits and regular inventory verification.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper stock movement and availability.




- Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and stored.
- Assist with order and return inventory processing.
- Prepare basic daily inventory and stock reports.
- Support other day-to-day warehouse activities related to inventory management.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and handle day-to-day warehouse inventory tasks.

Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a related degree are welcome.
- Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Location: On-site, Warehouse
- Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
