Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage daily inventory operations, maintain stock records, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, stock verification, documentation, and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
- Prepare and update daily stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Track damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving stock.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of inventory.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report them to management.
- Support timely stock replenishment and inventory planning.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage stock records accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Experience in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Understanding of purchase and stock documentation.
- Experience working in a warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
