Role Overview The Inventory & Dispatch Trainee will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock tracking, and dispatch coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
- Support the dispatch process, including packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory and dispatch in MS Office tools (Excel,

Word).
- Conduct basic stock audits and physical verification when required.




- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all transactions.
- Follow company procedures related to safety and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience preferred

Required Skills

- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic computer operating skills
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy
