Intune macOS Engineer / macOS Endpoint Management Engineer

Location : Pan India but Pune Preffered

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Intune macOS Engineer / macOS Endpoint Management Engineer to manage and support enterprise macOS devices using Microsoft Intune. This role focuses on device enrollment, configuration, compliance management, application deployment, security policy implementation, automation, troubleshooting, and ongoing endpoint support within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage macOS devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune

Configure and support Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)

Manage configuration profiles and compliance policies

Package, deploy, and maintain applications using PKG and DMG

Manage Company Portal applications and assignments using Intune filters

Deploy and support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office/MAU, Netskope, CrowdStrike,



GlobalProtect, Zoom, Chrome, Citrix Workspace, and Webex

Implement and manage FileVault, PPPC/TCC, Bootstrap Token, and System Extensions

Write and maintain bash/zsh scripts for automation and remediation

Troubleshoot Intune deployments, Company Portal, macOS logs, and VPN/network issues

Collaborate with Security, IAM, and Support teams

Required Skills:

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS

5-10 years of overall IT experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience managing macOS devices using Intune

Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, compliance policies, and application packaging

Good to Have

Defender for Endpoint on macOS

Jamf Pro exposure or migration experience

Apple or Microsoft certifications including MD102
