Key Responsibilities

- Stock &
- Inventory Control:

Monitor daily inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain high record accuracy.

- Goods Receipt &

- Dispatch (GRN):

Record incoming and outgoing shipments, process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and verify physical contents against purchase

- System Updates: Log all inventory transactions, transfers, returns, and ageing reports in ERP/SAP or WMS platforms in real time

- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly Mis and KPI reports on stock turnover, slow-moving items, and dead inventory.

- Traveling to Our Bearing Bank Stock Maintenance Industries &

- Maintain the Stock Verification Oriented Work.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B. Com), Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (any graduate is frequently accepted).

- Experience:



Typically 0 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or e-commerce/retail logistics.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data tracking)

- Familiarity with ERP / WMS software (such as SAP, Zoho, or Oracle)

- Soft Skills: Robust attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Reduction in Dead / Slow-Moving Stock

- Shrinkage Control

- On-Time Order Fulfilment Rate

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
