HGB FIN is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and results-driven Investment Relationship Manager to connect potential investors with our real estate investment projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and connect with potential investors to generate business opportunities.

- Present and explain real estate investment projects to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful business partnerships.

- Conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, and support investment-related discussions.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

REQUIREMENTS





- Insurance sales experience preferred.

- Experience in finance or real estate sales is an advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Solid client-handling and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
