- Assist in preparing export import documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries from clients regarding shipment status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all exports and imports transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to export import documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping lines.
