Job Summary

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International E-commerce Voice Support process in Gurugram.

The selected candidates will handle customer interactions over voice calls, assist with e-commerce-related queries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a professional customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
- Assist international customers with e-commerce-related queries.
- Support customers with order status, delivery, returns, refunds, and payment-related concerns, as applicable to the process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective verbal communication.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of voice process experience is mandatory.




- Graduate and undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Previous international voice or e-commerce support experience will be preferred.
