Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote and upsell products, plans, upgrades, and additional services.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain required productivity and quality parameters.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per month
