The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers through inbound/outbound calls and live chat, providing effective solutions, resolving customer queries and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle international customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
2. Provide customer support through live chat and email, depending on process requirements.
3. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
5. Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and service-related issues.
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
7. Maintain accurate customer information and update details in CRM systems.
8. Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality parameters.
9. Achieve assigned performance targets, including productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
10. Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
