Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team.

The International Voice Process

Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls from global customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and/or make outgoing calls to international customers with professionalism and courtesy.

- Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and address complaints efficiently and effectively.

- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

- Adhere to defined quality standards, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers comprehensively.

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.





- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, particularly in an international voice process, is highly desirable.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
