Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for an exciting International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will handle international customer interactions, assist with travel-related queries, and provide effective customer support through voice communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and concerns.
- Provide information regarding bookings, reservations, cancellations, and travel-related services.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements





- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Previous International Travel Process experience will be preferred.
