Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end international recruitment for overseas clients.

- Source candidates for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.

- Recruit for GCC countries, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with international clients.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, medicals, and deployment coordination.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.

- International/GCC recruitment experience preferred.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of overseas hiring processes.

- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
