Hiring: Freshers International Non-Voice & Semi-Voice Process

Salary Package:

- Non-Voice Process: Up to 3.5 LPA
- Semi-Voice Process: Up to 4 LPA
- International voice process: Up to 3.7 LPA (Graduation mandatory)

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for International Non-Voice and Semi-Voice processes in Hyderabad. Candidates should possess good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- For semi-voice roles, handle customer interactions through a combination of voice and non-voice channels.




- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate / Any Graduation.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Candidates must have a clean employment background with no absconding history.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to process requirements.
