We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our Chennai office. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers as well as experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice support in a professional manner.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Up to ₹18,500 in-hand per month).





Experienced

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Salary: Up to ₹4.25 LPA (Up to 30% hike on the last drawn CTC, maximum ₹4.25 LPA).
