Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for International Chat Support roles supporting processes in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will handle international customer conversations through chat and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through chat support.
- Assist customers for US Technology and Retail processes.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and grammatically correct written communication.
- Meet response-time, quality, productivity, and CSAT targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of International Chat Support experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask while handling customer conversations.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- US Tech, Retail, E-commerce, or International Chat experience will be preferred.
