Shift: Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to US telecom services through live chat.
- Assist customers with billing, account-related and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality communication, chat efficiency and adherence to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Positive typing and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational split week offs.
- International chat experience preferred.
