Job Summary

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Blended Support Process based in Gurugram.

The selected candidates will support US-based customers through voice and other applicable support channels, assist with social media-related customer queries, and provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions for a US Social Media Support process.
- Provide customer assistance through voice and other applicable support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain effective communication.
- Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Graduate and undergraduate candidates can apply.




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Previous international customer support or blended process experience will be preferred.

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹28,500.
- Additional fixed allowance: ₹6,000 per month.
