- Approx. In-Hand: Maximum 25,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:
> Handle customer queries through Voice / Non-Voice channels and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
> Understand customer concerns through effective listening/probing and provide appropriate support.
> Assist customers with product, service, order or travel-related queries depending on the assigned process.
> Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
> Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
> Follow defined quality, productivity, SLA and process guidelines.
