Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

We are expanding our direct client acquisition operations in Dubai and across the UAE.

We are looking for experienced International B2B Appointment Setters who can connect with UAE corporate decision-makers and arrange qualified business meetings for our management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify UAE companies requiring manpower recruitment services.
- Find HR Managers, Recruitment Heads, Procurement Managers, Operations Managers and key decision-makers.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Contact potential clients through professional emails, LinkedIn outreach and compliant international calling.
- Follow up with interested companies and identify their manpower requirements.
- Schedule and confirm qualified business meetings with UAE companies.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in our existing CRM.
- Focus on genuine, high-quality corporate meetings.

Important:



Your primary responsibility is to schedule qualified B2B client meetings. Final negotiations, pricing and contract closing will be handled by company management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant International B2B Sales, Lead Generation or Appointment Setting experience.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and decision-maker research.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience arranging meetings with corporate clients.
- Strong follow-up, communication and organizational skills.
- UAE/GCC manpower recruitment or staffing industry experience will receive the highest priority.
- Candidates must be willing to work initially from our Gorakhpur office.
